Create your own Mindful Music Community
If our events supported and inspired you, we would love to encourage you to bring the spirit of Mindful Music Making into your environment. Our vision is to build a flourishing, creative community of people who work, study, and thrive together.
You can start a MMM meet-up in your school, or your work environment. You can start to connect with people and play music together, meditate or just do sharings to support each other regularly.

There are different ways to bring Mindful Music Making into your life, and to share it with colleagues and friends.
The only requirement for this is that you have participated in one of our programs.

Existing Meet-Ups
Basel
“My intention for these meetups is for musicians in Basel to come together once a month to connect with ourselves, each other and the wider world, through meditation, movement, self inquiry and sharing.
In the summer of 2022 I gave myself the gift of attending the yearly MMM retreat held in a nature reserve outside of Berlin. What I found on the retreat was something I had been longing for - a safe space where I was guided through practices to explore connection to the present moment, to myself, others, my body, my instrument, music, nature, society – all the while supporting and being supported by others making their own exploration. I am looking forward to sharing the essence of some of these practices with musicians in Basel.
