BELONGING

Welcome home.

There is a place, where you belong.

It is so powerful to feel that place. To find it, again and again. It is a place in your heart and simultaneously, it is a place in the world.

Do you feel that it is the right time for you to find that place of true belonging?

We invite you on a magical journey into the depths of your body and your soul. To reconnect with your embodied wisdom, with nature, with the essence of music. Join us on this exploration of the nature of belonging.

We would love to see you there.

Welcome to the heart of Mindful Music Making, our retreat.

What to expect?

In this retreat we dive deep into the exploration or our minds, hearts and bodies as human beings and as musicians. In our magical space at Breitenteicher Mühle, we will experience and celebrate silence, connection, meditation, play, nature, amazing food and of course: music!

Who is this for?

If you want to find new ways to connect to yourself, to your body and your own wisdom, this retreat is for you. It is essential for us to create a safe space together, where you can access a deeper understanding of yourself and the guidance in your heart and your body. This retreat is for everyone, who has a relationship to music, professional or not, and who wants to deepen that relationship.

What tools we are working with?

We are drawing on our experiences with practices from different paths and traditions such as meditation, NARM, Alexander-Technique, Gestalt therapy, Vision Quest and Nature based practices. While these are all “just” tools and portals and doorways to create a space for you to drop into your own wisdom, your own wholeness and your own very personal ways of belonging.

What does Belonging mean to you?

~ Are there different ways to belong?

~ To what or whom do you belong - or you feel you don’t belong?

~ How is it related to your sense of home, to place and to the Earth?

~ Do you feel you have to be a certain way to belong?

~ Do you feel a sense of belonging to something bigger?

~ How is belonging related to your music making?
