We are communicating with music. Music is going far beyond words and helping us to connect deeply to ourselves, each other, and something bigger than ourselves.

And yet, in the work environment, we struggle when we need to use words.

Do you know this feeling? In chamber music rehearsals, in the orchestra, or with your teacher. When it comes to using words, we have very little understanding of how to communicate. Conflicts, suppressed emotions that get acted out in passive-aggressive ways, misunderstandings, and disconnection are part of our daily life.

There is a way to learn the art of communication if we understand how the human mind and heart are designed. Based on the work of “Authentic Relating” and “Non-Violent-Communication”, Alina will introduce a whole new world of communication to you. You can learn to deeply understand yourself and others, you can learn to take full responsibility for your experience and develop nourishing and connecting relationships in your life and work.
